Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) takes aim at the Trump administration’s proposed rollback of Obama-era environmental regulations in a powerful new video.
“President [Donald] Trump’s anti-environmental executive orders are a disaster,” Sanders says in the clip posted to Twitter on Tuesday. “They are a threat to the future of this country, and to the future of the world. ”

“It is beyond belief that we have the leader of the most powerful country on earth, not believing in science,” he continues in the video, which intersperses clips of him talking alongside captioned facts that disprove Trump’s claims.
Sanders goes on to accuse Trump of threatening “not only this generation” but also “the lives of our kids and our grandchildren.”
He then issues a rallying cry, vowing to fight the order “every step of the way.”
